Nicole is the best most delightful waitress ever. As proof, this is the first time I’ve ever given a 25% tip. We were laughing, entertained, just the right amount of attention and we all wanted to take her home. Comedy and dinner. You must come to Pampa on Wednesday night through Saturday nights.

1st time here after talking about it for almost a year! We waited too long! The food selection is outstanding. The service and friendliness phenomenal! Compliments to the taste creators. We loved every single bite from the salad bar to the hot sides. The rice with beef was a personal favorite. However, why we are here... the MEAT! Tri-tip to bacon wrapped tenderloins with lamb and pork options served endlessly until you enter a food coma. Loved all 14 cuts! Each possessing their own unique flavour. 100% satisfying all the way around. Thank you again, Tina, for making our experience a wonderful one! We will indeed be back! Soon!

Nicole was our server, and she was outstanding. She was pleasant, attentive, and has a wicked sense of humour. The food was delicious, and Fabio, our main Goucho, who served most of our meat and pineapple, paid close attention to what we liked and made sure to return in a timely manner. I am only eating beef, so he brought beef around so that I was getting served regularly with food that I could eat. Our Service Dogs were tucked under our table, and everyone commented on how good they were or that they didn't even know that there were two Service Dogs under our table for two. This is our date night, and we will be back.

Pampa is a restaurant I reserve for big occasions because the all you can eat meat, hot dishes and salad bar setup they have. It's unique. I did only offer 4 stars for the food and atmosphere because there can be improvements there but because of the service I received, I offer them a 5 stars overall. Their staff was friendly, accommodating and considerate. Our server Ramon was attentive, made me feel seen and supported and their manager Ruan gave us an audience to accommodate a birthday in which he did. And that made me realize that relationships were more important than profits. Thank you for valuing people.

I had a fantastic experience at Pampas thanks to Nicole! She was not only a wonderful waitress but also such a good laugh, making the whole dining experience truly enjoyable. Her friendly attitude and excellent service really stood out. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit she’ll definitely make your meal memorable!
